Grandscape, The Colony – New Construction

Selected to provide comprehensive accessibility consulting of a mixed-use Lifestyle Center, from the ground up to finish out of tenant spaces. The complex includes entertainment, retail, leased office space, parking garages, and residential components, along with walking trails and outdoor developed areas.

Statler Hotel by Hilton, Dallas – Historic Renovation

Participated in the pre-construction assessment of this historic hotel through the conversion process to a premier destination venue. Services included guidance on accessibility as it relates to historic preservation, in addition to State required submittals. The revamped hotel accommodates guest rooms, meeting rooms and office space, along with four restaurants, a lounge, and ballroom.

Baylor Scott & White, The Heart Hospital - New Construction

Selected by e4h Architecture to consult on accessibility compliance of this 6-story cardiac specialty hospital from pre-construction through the final site inspections.

BDA has continued to consult at this facility for the completion of multiple tenant suites.

Marriott Delta Hotel, Southlake – New Construction

BDA partnered with Merriman Anderson Architects to provide ground-up consultation services on the construction of the luxury Marriott Delta Hotel & Conference Center.

Sherman ISD New High School

Selected to provide comprehensive access consulting for construction of Sherman ISD’s new high school and athletics complex. Services included pre-construction consulting, review of design drawings, construction drawings, and final construction inspection to ensure compliance with ADA and TAS standards.

Denton ISD- Braswell High School & Carrico stadium

Performed TAS/ ADA services for many projects in the Denton school district. Facilities include the new construction and subsequent $62 million addition to Braswell High School, the new Carrico stadium, Ryan High and multiple renovations serving grade levels from elementary through high school.
