Register Your Project

To register your project with the Texas Dept. of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) for a project costing $50,000 more, follow these steps.

  1. Visit the Texas Architectural Barriers Online System (TABS) site and choose between logging in with an existing or creating a new user account.
  2. Input the estimated construction cost and use RAS license number: 1587.
  3. Ensure accuracy when providing project details; consider downloading and filling out the Architectural Barriers Project Registration Form for reference.
  4. Indicate the project’s funding source.
  5. Upload construction drawings and forms during registration or send them via info@txras.com
    email to BDA if necessary.
  6. Verify that you have a fully executed Designation Agent Form, if applicable.
  7. Use unique information for each contact Section (Building/Facility Owner, Owner’s Agent, Design Professional, and Tenant).
  8. Alternatively, email a completed Architectural Barriers Project registration form to info@txras.com
